FutureFrames Returns Policy (United Kingdom & International)

At FutureFrames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return, and a further 14 days to ensure the item reaches us.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in excellent, unworn condition, free from marks, scratches, or damage.
  • All original packaging, including cases, tags, and paperwork, must be included.

Please carefully repackage the eyewear, ensuring it is protected in the same manner as you received it.

UK Return Options

  • Mainland UK Customers: We offer a subsidized return service for £5.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund if you choose this option.

  • Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man: The same £5.00 subsidized return option is available via Royal Mail.

If you don’t have access to a printer, select the QR code option to have your Post Office scan it directly when you drop off the package.

International Returns

For our international customers, the return process is as follows:

  1. You have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return an item and an additional 14 days to ensure the item reaches us.
  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the parcel is sent via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
  3. All items must be returned in excellent, unworn condition with all original packaging, cases, tags, and paperwork.
  4. Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.

How to Return (UK & International)

  1. Print & Fill: Fill out this returns form so we can send you a Returns Label https://innovationopticalltd.wufoo.com/forms/futureframes-return/

  2. If you don't have a printer, simply include a handwritten note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

  3. Drop Off: Take your return to your nearest Post Office (for UK customers) or arrange shipping via a tracked service (for international customers). Make sure you receive a tracking receipt as proof of return.

  4. Processing Time: We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receiving the package. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Important Information

  • If you choose to return your item using your own postage service, ensure it's tracked and keep your proof of postage.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with accessories and tags.
